MultCloud offers flexible subscription plans, including Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime Unlimited options.
Note: The Lifetime Unlimited plan is a one-time purchase and does not require cancellation as it never expires or renews. The following steps apply only to Monthly and Yearly recurring subscriptions.
If you wish to stop the auto-renewal of your Monthly or Yearly plan, you can choose one of the two convenient methods below:
1. Cancel directly via your MultCloud account (Recommended)
2. Cancel via the subscription invoice email
Below are the detailed steps for both methods.
This is the quickest and most direct method.
Step 1: Go to the MultCloud website and log in to your account.
Step 2: Click the “Purchase Traffic” icon in the top-right corner. Then check your “Current Plan”.
Step 3: After clicking “Current Plan”, you can click “Unsubscribe” to cancel your subscription.
Step 4: Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation. Once completed, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.
If you prefer or cannot access your account, you can use the invoice email sent to you after purchase.
Step 1: Search your email inbox for the invoice from MultCloud. The subject line typically includes words like "Your MultCloud Subscription" or "Reference number".
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the invoice email. You will find a link labeled "Cancel your subscription for "MultCloud 1200GB / Year (Your current plan)".
Step 3: Click the link, which will redirect you to a cancellation page. Follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation of your subscription.
Service Access
After canceling, you will still have access to your MultCloud subscription features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
Refund Policy
Cancellation is typically effective for future billing cycles. MultCloud generally does not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days of the current cycle.
Need Help
If you encounter any issues while canceling, you can contact MultCloud support (support@multcloud.com) to help you cancel your subscription.
