Here is a guide for you on how to add Google Workspace properly.
Step 1. Firstly you need to make sure that the account you are logged into is a super-admin account. Here may help you.
Step 2. Log in to MultCloud, and click "Google Workspace".
Step 3. You need to download our G Suite Marketplace app ---click "Cloud Transfer - MultCloud" .
Step 4. Install it with the admin way. Then you can follow the auto-guide to complete the installation.
Note: If you don't see the Admin install option, make sure the login shown in the upper right corner is the admin account for Google Workspace.
Step 5. After successful installation, go back to the MultCloud interface. Click "Google Workspace"-- "Access Organisation" to add it.

Step 2. Log in to MultCloud, and click "Google Workspace". You need to download our G Suite Marketplace app ---click "Cloud Transfer - MultCloud" and install it with the individual way. Then you can follow the auto-guide.
Step 3. After successful installation, go back to the MultCloud interface. Click "Google Workspace"-- "Access Personal Cloud" to add it.
When you no longer need to use Google Workspace in MultCloud, you can do so to uninstall the G Suite Marketplace app:
1. Log in to the official Google Workspace website site.
2. Click on APPs - Google Workspace Marketplace - Apps list.
3. Click Cloud Transfer - MultCloud and then select UNSTALL APP.

Q: If you get a "connection refused" error.
A: There are two possible reasons, please check again carefully:
1. you may have not installed our G Suite Marketplace app
2. you may log into the wrong account.
