Troubleshooting: Unable to Add OneDrive for Business to MultCloud
1. OneDrive for Business is not listed after adding it to MultCloud.
This may occur because the MultCloud V2 application is not currently supported by your organization.
Your organization is in an unmanaged state and requires an administrator to claim ownership via DNS validation of xxx before the MultCloud V2 application can be provisioned.
2. Administrator permission is required.
MultCloud needs permission to access resources in your organization, which only an administrator can grant.
You must first assign Microsoft 365 licenses to users and ensure that a file has been created in the user’s OneDrive account.
Please see the guide here for instructions on assigning Microsoft 365 licenses.
