Know about Google Drive and other Cloud Services
Google Drive is a cloud service officially launched by Google company on 24th of April, 2012. It only provides 15GB to users for free. It also supports paid to extend volume. There are also some other famous cloud services such as OneDrive(Skydrive), Box, Dropbox, Amazon S3, SugarSync and so on. They all have a common point is that free space is too limited to meet people's need. So more and more people create several accounts for more storage.

Steps of transferring file from Google Drive to another account
1: Add Two Accounts (We take Google Drive and DropBox as example)

2: Transfer File
There are many ways to do this. Copy&Paste and "Copy to" are similar.
If you clicked "Copy to", there will be a pop-up window, select Dropbox, check "Move" and click "Transfer" at last. Then the original file will be deleted in Google Drive, please see the following snapshot:
There is still a way is dragging file from Google Drive directly to Dropbox. Select the files or folders and hold the left mouse button to move it.
