Hello, I have used Dropbox for several years. The problem is that I have not accessed my account since 2021. Sep. 2, and I’m a member of Dropbox Business. Resetting the password did not work. (No e-mail was arrived from Dropbox.) Today, I tried to register a Dropbox account with the same email address.
