Is Google Drive Separate from Google Photos?
I'm using a Google Pixel 5, and I've got Google Drive and Google Photos on my phone. But are they two separate things? Like, do they store my stuff differently? I'm kinda confused about where my files and pics go. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

Google Photos is a service developed by Google for sharing and storing photos. It automatically analyzes images to identify various elements and themes. Users can search for specific items in their photos, categorized under people, places, and things.

The automatic connection between the two services has been discontinued. If you use Google Photos, it's now the only place to find your photos and videos. Although you still have 15GB of free space with your Google Account, this capacity is shared among Google Photos, Google Drive, and Gmail.
