AnsweredHow to Upload Files on Google Drive And Share Link?

Hey, folks! I'm new to Google Drive and need some help! How do I upload files on Google Drive from my laptop? I'm using a Windows 10 PC, so I need some step-by-step guidance. Also, once I upload the files, how do I generate a shareable link to send to my friends? Thanks in advance for any tips!

To upload files on Google Drive from your Windows 10 PC, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Google Drive website on your browser and sign in with your Google account.

2. Click the "+ New" button and select "File upload" or "Folder upload".

3. Choose the file or folder you want to upload from your PC.

4. Wait for the upload to complete, and there you go! Your files are in Google Drive!

To generate a shareable link for your uploaded files:

1. In Google Drive, right-click on the file or folder you want to share.

2. Select "Get link" from the context menu.

3. Choose the sharing settings (view, comment, or edit access).

4. Click "Copy link" to copy the shareable link to your clipboard. You can now share this link with your friends through email, chat, or any other platform. Remember to set the appropriate sharing permissions to control who can access your files. Happy sharing!
