How to Unite Multiple Cloud Drives into One?
The following will take Dropbox for example to display you how to unite cloud drives.
Step 1. Create MultCloud account. Since MultCloud is a web-based App, to make use of it, you do not have to download and install it on your computer to occupy your local space; just create an account of it through “Sign up” or “Create an account” in its official website given above. Step 2. Add clouds. When you successfully created an account, sign in with it. In the software screen, move to Add Clouds tab and choose Dropbox in the cloud drive list.
Next, specify the Display Name of Dropbox (you can keep default Dropbox) on MultCloud and click Add Dropbox Account.

Tips: MultCloud can only add one cloud account in one time, to add other Dropbox accounts or other cloud brand accounts, just repeat the same or similar processes above. When all cloud drives are added, you can view them on Cloud Explorer tab’s left menu.
Now, all cloud drive accounts are in one place, you can manage data stored in them with much easiness.
Step 3. Sync from one Dropbox to another. Move to Cloud Sync tab, select one Dropbox account as source and another as destination.
Step 4. Transfer from Dropbox to Google Drive. Go to Cloud Transfer tab, specify source cloud directory as well as destination cloud directory.
- You can specify task name for both cloud transfer and cloud sync.
- You can add more destination clouds in cloud sync task. Yet, this function is charged and you have to upgrade your account to premium plan to enjoy it.
- Both cloud sync and cloud transfer provide advanced Options for users. In cloud sync options, you can choose a sync method, one-way sync or two-way sync, order email notification and filter certain files during sync task. In cloud transfer options, you can decide how to save files in destination, subscribe email notification as well as filter certain files by file extension.
- Both cloud sync and transfer task offer schedule function for you to set schedules to automatically carry out tasks daily, weekly or monthly.
